My sister is waiting for her MR, here are her timelines below...

Application received: Jan 27th
AOR received: Feb 26th
NOC: 1123
Office applied: Ottawa
Current residence: UK

Are majority inside or outside Canada??? I was informed by an immigration lawyer that if you reside in Canada, your application is considered high priority therefore processed quicker.

i hope our days will be coming soon. I double checked my last GCMS today, and found out the VO reviewed my doc 2 months later after they received it. I do not want to be the same at this time. I hope they will review it asap.

Good luck mate. There is nothing we can do at this point other than patiently wait. May all of us get through this hard waiting soon!

Hello Everyone,

Can you please advise on how i can go about convincing CIC that i do have one year of employment?

APPLICATION: XXX REGULATION: 2013 I have analysed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and make the following recommendation.
FOSSIGCMS check: No adverse info. PA currently holds valid status in Canada. Temporary resident status authorized during CEC qualifying period.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: PGWP appears to have been issued without PA completing studies. CIVIL STATUS: PA never married - NO Spouse or Common Law declared - NO DEPENDENT children declared
WORK EXPERIENCE: CEC qualifying period is: from 21FEB2011 to 20FEB2014 Dates of authorized work experience - within 'Qualifying Period' - in a skill level 0, A or B occupation: 27MAR2013 TO LOCK-IN Category of work permit: PGWP Post-secondary studies in Canada: University According to schedule 8: Work Experience 1: 24AUG2011 TO LOCK-IN, NOC: 2282 selected, Full time Technical Voice Analyst. Employment letter(s) dated 07FEB2014 confirm(s) date(s) of employment, position title and a salary of $ 55,000 per year. A T4 from 2013 show(s) reported earnings of $50,139. The PA does NOT have 1-year of skilled work experience in a NOC 0, A or B occupation and therefore does NOT meet the requirements under the applicable regulation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: According to Schedule 8, PA worked as of Technical Voice Analyst from 17SEP2013.According to Schedule 8, PA worked as Customer Support Analyst from 30DEC2012 to 16SEP2013.According to Schedule 8, PA worked as Customer Support Analyst (CO-OP) from 24AUG2011 TO 29DEC2012. Without proof of having completed studies, PA would not have one full year work experience.
LANGUAGE: CELPIP submitted- Applicant meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level: A.
CRIMINALITY: RCMP Screening - No reportable trace for PA. All required PCs received and there seems to be no A36 concerns evident. PA: POLICE Certificates from Guyana - No reportable trace
MEDICALS: PA: Medicals REQUIRED REQUESTED DOCUMENTS1
ACTION:
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Schedule A missing personal history from MAR2005 to DEC2010
RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER OTHER CONCERNS: PA only received PGWP on 27MAR2013, and did not provide proof of studies or date when he ended studies. According to Schedule A, PA appears to still be a student.

There are too many concerns, but it seems mostly due to the fact that your application was not filed correctly.
- Send them a letter citing each of the concern and taking remedial action. create a table something like below

SI NO ISSUE My explanation
1 Personal history missing from 2005 to 20120 I forgot to specify details. Please see attached updated Schedule A
2 Does not have 1 year of exp Please explain here how implied status should be counter towards CEC

Hi baboo_pr,

I've sent my graduation letter which states my graduation date as December 2012, and my job offer which shows that i've started working full time in January 2013 with my employer.

Is there any other document that i should send along with the schedule A?

Very hard to say. I think your eligibility is being reassessed by visa officer. Did you try emailing them?

So you are saying we can EMAIL CIC to ask them where is our application at? and why have we not received our MR yet?
