I got my GCMS notes last week, and it says my job duties in my employment letter are very general, and it is hard to match me to the NOC with general duties. Anyone has the same notes on their GCMS? I already sent an updated letter with my duties in details without them asking, hopefully it will solve the problem.

My case is same and bit more complicated. I get expenses and perdiem here, company need not pay taxes on expenses and hence they feel salary is very low

That likely means your file is referred to a second officer for a second review (most people's cases when MR is delayed). by ordering GCMS you will have clearer information on why and you be able to react proactively. GCMS notes takes 1 month from the time you apply.

Another question, are the T4 and NOA very important to them? when I apply the PR in the beginning of April, I did not receive my T4, so I printed all my pay stubs. I wondering is that ok?

So my sister did not receive her medical...instead she got rejected !

"Pursuant to IRPR R73(1), “full-time work” means at least 30 hours of work over a period of one week.

I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement because you do not have at least one year of full-time work experience.

I note that your declared work experience totals approximately 50 weeks which does not constitute one year. While I note that you declared working 44 hours per week, work in excess of 30 hours per week over a shorter period cannot compensate for any shorter overall period of experience."

She was only off by 2 weeks yet she was exceeding well over 30 hours a week - I feel this is so unfair!! :-[

What can she do in this situation? Is there a process of appeal?? I appreciate if anyone can assist
