First step at a time. Don't think too ahead too soon. Go for Sheridan at least it is a reputed school and in the past visas had been granted for students enrolling there. Everything will turn out well as long as if you have a study permit with you.

sir,
i have given IELTS exam on 1st september, and the result is delayed
but in the provisional result provided by idp australia, i have scored 7.5 band and quite eligible to apply for business information technology in Red river college
on the issuing of original/true result, if i apply for rrc, winnipeg, will the chances to get visa decreases
or will it affect my case in any way if i apply for rrc than sheridan

waiting for expert guidance frm my seniors

Just wanted to clarify a very important point here, as it looks like you misunderstood that point:

Immigration and visa officers have no problem at all with students who have the intention to immigrate to Canada legally as a part of their future plans as long as they do it legally without overstay or talking the advantage of the asylum system. Canada needs more people and that is why they welcome new immigrants every year.

Whichever college you chose, will be fine with them as long as you can convince them that you are a bonafide student. Therefore, don't let this specific point affect your decision of selecting the school that really suits your future plans and offers what you really wanna study.

They just wanna make sure that you will not go to Canada, leave your study, work illegally...etc. Or that you will not go there and apply to be a refugee, take the advantage of that system and remain there for a while until a decision is made in your case. Otherwise, they will welcome you because you mean $$$money$$$ to them (If they can really make sure that you are going there to study).

sir,
i agree with all ur points but i don't know how to convince them about i am going only to study in rrc
rather students doing all those illegal things as u mentioned make, my case in circle of doubt that my intentions are same too
that's why i am afraid they don't reject my case i apply to rrc.
but i am interested in it.

so pls give me advice on this and give some tips, if possible, on how to convince them that my intentions are to study only.

You know that the decision is up to them at the end. Some students applied with strong documents and were refused, Others applied with very simple acceptance letters as a language school and were approved. It depends on the visa officer, his mood, his judgment on your application.

I will tell you one thing about the way they might look at your application once you apply for a student visa:

Try to chose a none busy province to study at. A province that is not crowded, has lack of population for two reasons:

First, they prefer to see you going there as you are gonna pump money into the economic system of that province (paying your international fees there, living expenses....etc).

Second, they wanna fill those provinces up with people so they might be less stricter in assessing your application for a student visa there.

The last point, is that it is gonna be cheaper for you to live in terms of tuition fees as well as the living expenses.

Still, at the end it depends on the immigration officer who is gonna process your application, but those were my tips for you.

Wish you the best of luck.

Yes, if you get a student visa and want to change school after arriving to Canada, you are free to do so as long as you have an acceptance letter from another educational institution.
