Depends really how familiar you are with the english language. Some are better with speaking and listening than writing and reading English. As for me, I got lowest in speaking since I don't exactly use it every day...and I sort of got into a debate with my interviewer (but he was generous enough to give me a 7.5 lol) but for the rest if you're used to taking classes in English, writing papers etc. it shouldn't be that difficult. Also its good to review and get familiar with the exam, especially the listening and reading parts. Like any exam it should be answered in a certain way. Also, some of the questions are vague so it's also good to be familiar with the kind of answers IELTS are looking.
