I am also experiencing the same client information issue. Has anyone been approved while the “glitch” persists?

"This online service will be unavailable from 12:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Monday September 26, 2022 Eastern time, in order to perform system maintenance"

Hope this issue gets resolved in this window
It's not resolved.. I checked.. what to do now?

No changes after the system maintenance. The issue has not been solved yet..

Hi Everyone,

I am also facing a similar issue, I am FSW applicant, Medical, PCC, Biometrics done on 19th Sept, awaiting my PPR request. However the optional document client information shows not provided and dates have been jumping from 10th October to 23rd October and the page also does not show this update at times. I believe its a glitch so lets wait and check after the maintenance that is scheduled on 4th October. If anyone gets an update pls update in this thread. Thank you.
 
The date's disappeared but I still see the "Client Information" under optional document section.

Same here. Should we interpret it as due date of submission is now over or just an entry in your application that one of the optional document was not provided? If it was glitch it should have been removed completely. This adds to all the confusion even more !

It is definitely a glitch but took the opportunity to send few updated documents.
 
Are you sure that it should be removed?? As we haven't provided the client info . So it should be written that "not provided" . Why would they remove it.

Its still there and says "Not provided". But the date has disappeared.
