What does this GCMS medical mean?

My GCMS notes said this:

No health Impairment sufficient to prevent admission for medical reasons under Section 38 (1)(a)

Is this the standard message when medical is passed or does it mean they found something but it isnt bad enough?

Yeah, i know i passed the medical, but now they make me worry about my health.

If anything bad showed up I think they would contact you. The medical is only really checking a few vitals and the blood tests for std's and x ray for TB.

Hey my gcms says 'No health impairment sufficient to prevent admission for medical reasons' this means I had any issues that is reason for student visa refusel
