    Hmm I know right? Maybe they saw they were getting a lot of cases with the fee difference issue and decided it'd be better to accept the applications and just ask applicants to pay the difference.

    I saw a similar case on Facebook where they also just asked the applicant to pay the difference so they can continue processing.

    Wait, yours got returned because of insufficient fees? I thought people said they ask for the shortfall later. How much did you pay at first? Did you pay the RPRF upfront?

    Alright thanks, makes sense. Yes I paid $1205, so technically that covers the processing, sponsorship and biometric fees, but results in a shortfall of $140 for the RPR fee.
