It takes 1-2 days for WES to register in their system that they received your documents. After that, it will say that they are reviewing your documents. This takes about 2-3 weeks, after which they should update it to say that your evaluation is in progress and give you a due date.

Hello, well, for anyone who is as silly as we were and sent only the transcript and not the final degree in the first go, i can now say that after receiving final degree certificate, they do not review the docs for another 2-3 weeks if it was already done for transcript. The status goes straight to evaluation after 2-3 days time.
Our timeline is approx as follows:
order placed Feb 28th
docs delivered (transcript only) March 15th
marked as received & reviewing March 18th
March 30th - transcript reviewed& accepted, but final degree certificate copy and translation required to complete. I contacted wes about faxing, but they said to mail these.
April 18th - degree certificate copy and translation marked as received& reviewing by wes
April 21st - went straight to status reviewing evaluation report
Due for completion on 10th May

I hope this helps someone in similar situation.

I think its just an estimate. Probably wait a couple working days and then message them if still nothing.

Got due date as 05/09 nice

I sent documents on 02/21 and they received 02/23 then they updated as on 03/01

I did mistake with degree transcript so had to sent it gain which caused like a month delay.

I am in the same situation.

I was supposed to received my evaluation report on Friday and nothing. On Friday, I called them just to confirm if I was going to receive my report and they said they were working on my report.

even I called they told they won't delay usually, asked me to wait until the end of the day. last time I got mail on Sunday for document received confirmation on 1st April 2018

I think something went wrong with WES recently as I was expecting to receive my report even before their esimated due date of 19 Apr, however until today and despite several calls and a website complaint nothing has been receieved. Here is the complete timeline for my case:
03.03.2018 Docs sent via Aramex
06.03.2018 Docs received at WES
09.03.2018 1st update Status: In progress (We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
12.03.2018 2nd update Status: In progress (We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
29.03.2018 Update: We are reviewing your evaluation report. Your evaluation is due for completion on 4/19/2018

Fingers crossed to get the report before this Wednesday draw if any.
