Do you have master degree? 4 years exp is good. But do get CLB 9 in Ilets that's very important.

L8, 7 in R,W,S (CLB 9) is very good score along with Master degree and more than 6 years work exp provided you age is below 30

It takes min one month so by May end your degree would verified
