You can call WES and give them an update saying that it shows on your end that packet has been delivered. I had a similar issue. WES usually doesn't update immediately on their end after they receive the packet based on my experience. Sometimes you might have to call them to do an update from their end. My WES profile shows "We have not received the package yet" While it shows delivered to WES on 13th July (after reattempts) from India Post Tracker.
Could someone help me know how long does it take for this update to happen or should I call WES Canada? And if I need to reach then what could be the quickest way?
