I think i will only send it on paper as not sure how to do it online, Case specific enquiry does not seem to be the right one to use to reply for their questions in regards of application

also would need loads of attachments and dont think can do it there

Definitely send it on paper by courier as in our gcms notes it was the only one mentioned. Cse is not as bad as it seems. Just make a pdf document and attach it.

I sent all my proof by e-mail. Warsaw also asked us for proof of my intention to reside in Canada, along with copies of each page of my spouse's passport. I scanned everything, put it into 1 pdf file and compressed it. It just fit under the limit. I used smallpdf.com Simple and free.

Hang in there. We sent in documents requested August 22. They arrived in warsaw late the next week so they had them for two weeks and made a decision. We sent in name change documents that arrived on a Monday and they had completed the name changes by the Friday. From what I have seen one of the more organised offices by cic standards.

Yes, Warsaw has been known for being very quick and organized. When we submitted addiotional document (name change etc.) is was updated within a week as well

This has me worried. There has been no movement in my wife's application since June 28. Two sets of GCMS notes are the same. I wonder if there is a red flag in our application.

Drives you crazy that the notes are already so old by the time you see them. It is strange that you have not seen anything on your notes. You should at least see any red flags that they have looked at. I think you will see something soon.
Did you check Ecas?

No change in ECAS. No change in MyCIC. The only mention on the GCMS notes was that they had shredded the excess chat and email logs that I had provided. These were added as proof of relationship. I will apply for GCMS notes this week. I got my previous one last Sunday and that was 10 days late.

You address it to the immigration section at the embassy. Then on your cover letter reference your UCI and file number.

I have assessed it like Embassy of Canada
Visa Section
ul. Piekna 2/8
00-481 Warsaw
Poland

Should I change visa section to immigration? Spray I feel stupid but really don't want to do it wrong

That will be fine. We sent several packages and they are really efficient. Don't worry about being nervous it goes with this process. You are using a courier I hope.
