PR card for myself received today, my wife's not yet. Landed on Jan 10, 2016, at Toronto YYZ airport.

After giving up the prc waiting game, i applied for travel document last Thursday, today, i got the travel document now, just 3 working days. Phewww.

You can't get a travel document from inside Canada.
