Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

It's 105 days since we are waiting for the PR card - husband landed at Pearson Airport on Nov 10. We called a few times without any info. Now that the times dropped to 39 days they finally confirmed the card has been approved and sent to production. I read through the thread and sounds like it may mean it will take 3-4 more weeks until we receive it? Would a Case Specific Inquiry help? Hubby needs to travel for work and as the rules are changing Mar 15 he won't be able to enter on his Italian passport anymore..

In fact, I was looking for you and wanted to know if you get the card or not. I do really wanna know what happened to us - the late September YVR landers. Did the rep "leave a message to production team" for you?

Same 136 days here .. Looks like Vancouver landers wait longer then another ... :/

I am running on day 146, Calling them almost 2-3 times a week. nothing worked out.

Last call was on Friday .. They put a "note" .. Min was send to produce on January 25th and they made a printing mistake :/ so they send again for printing ... And still nothing .. So I p*** off and send Solemn Declaration for never received PRC to Sydney , Nova Scotia Case Proc Center by fax yesterday , they received it I will call then this Friday to see what they going to say. Also I don't believe cic call agent anything anymore ... So we will see what's happening .. Even that my app is approve and that suppoust to mean that my photo is ok I will probably just mail new one without then asking me for .. As I will go mental if they after 140 days ask for new ones ..

Hi Guys,

I got my PR Card after 64 Days, I landed in Toronto on 15th Dec and flew back to NY on 18th Dec. It happened pretty quickly...

I returned to Australia on 10th of Jan however, one of my friend would carry these cards for me in March.

All you guys waiting brace up it should land up anytime... Good Luck

Hi lvtruong, did you apply inside or outside Canada? I'm tired of waiting for pr card, too. However, i couldn't find how to apply for travel document inside Canada! Please help, thanks....

Hi Surivu, you cannot apply for TDPR if you are inside of Canada. When you are onside of the country, you can go to the VFS near you and apply for the document there.

Good day.same boat with you here. My wife PR card is running on 148 days , as we landed Sept 28th, 2015. According to agent from CIC, feb 17th they already sent my wife PR card for production and now stuck at production. Me and my baby PR card already received. Good luck for your PR card.

Congrats! Such a long waiting period. I'm now only 140 days, maybe for more 40 days I can get my card.

After giving up the prc waiting game, i applied for travel document last Thursday, today, i got the travel document now, just 3 working days. Phewww.

Great, Do we need to mention the travel date?, Can the travel date can be after few months when we apply TD?

Dear All

I need your urgent reply.

Last week we received email from CIC that send new photos and supplementary information form. We have sent our photos and supplementary info form with copy of email.

We have not mentioned our UCI number and we have only mentioned application number.

Now today we received letter for photo requests and in this letters application numbers are changed UCI are same. They also requested to send landing paper or passport copy.

Do we need to send again new photos with passport copy and landing paper or no need. We have sent only photos passport copy and COPR was not attached.

I am passing 112 days without PR card. My new photos received by CIC on 17-Feb-2106. Friends please reply to us when u submitted new photo and when u receive new PR card. We need your help urgently.

initially when they send a note on dec 9, they said i need to wait till 90 days to get response (till march 9). so till feb 12, i was getting the same generic answer that i need to wait. on feb 12 one so called nice guy send another note to card processing center and told me that my card was printed on january 11 but there was some error in it and he assure me that my card will be printed by feb 22 but no news yet.

Not sure what can we do to know what has happened to late sept landed peoples.

Yes, that sounds right. My daughter's card was mailed out on the same day and we received it yesterday. We're in Kelowna.
