That's what cic call center told me ... I am not sure it's the truth since i read that the clearance maybe already done but the officer did not update yet the systemare they waiting for your security clearances?
Your case is very different than ours ... your file is complete ... Your wait shouldn't be long for DMSame here, I passed the test on Jan 24 and still in process, I called IRCC yesterday and the agency told me that my application is completed, There is no missing document there is no any other requirement and there is no background check just waiting for oath date from Montreal office
