hi, My parents have applied for visitor visa , I want to know after they get their visitor visa, is there any time limit for them to enter the canada or they can enter the canada as long as their visa is valid?

That will depend on the TRV that they issue. If it's a single entry, 6 month visa, they will have to use it within a specific time. If it a 10 year multiple entry, they can enter any time over the validity of the visa, as often ( as is reasonable) as they like. The dates of travel you provided have no real impact on the TRV.
