Processing days are dependent on which country you file and what method (paper or online). I suggest you create a forum like this and indicate the country where you are applying from.

Processing time from Nigeria is around 70 days.

Guys I’ve applied yesterday but at Chandigarh VO, today I see this on my tracking ID status, can anyone please tell me what does this mean?
Does it mean that a decision has been made or what?

When din you exactly submitted your application, me im waiting for biometric letter for 10 days now
Hello all,
Application Submitted online on Sept 4, 2019 for my three younger minor siblings.
Review of eligibility hasn't started as of today. Application still in process
Father, mother, sister and older brother all have valid multiple entry visas and all have previously visited Canada without overstaying.
They will be visiting for two-three weeks with my father. School doesn't start for them until end of October.

How long did it take you to wait from the submission of application to receive a biometric instruction letter? Just asking to compare because it was my travel agency who submitted my papers but it's more than 10 days already & no biometric instruction letter.
