You have good point about that especially as international student but don’t you think my investment in China ranging like 25,000usd plus for education , apartment lease /contract and in final year graduating in 2025 in July kind help some ties for China , I did show my payment of full
School fees in China .
Still not considered strong ties.

So

all this make been truthful and honest in application very uncomfortable, so seems lairs mostly get away with it and get approved
If you had not told the truth you could have received a 5 yr ban that would have been shared with other countries. Also not good

I understand that’s why I said it policy is very unfavorable for foreigner but is their policy so we respect it and stay away from trouble just to finish our studies here successfully without getting deported or so . Yes i understand their concern of me having too strong ties in Canada than China but i have no plans of staying in Canada else I would have long time from Ghana . I love my country whole hearted and my goals for my country won’t permit me to even be dual citizenship which I don’t want, That’s why I keep been Ghanaian only but I just don’t know how to convince officer that my visit is genuine and I won’t be staying in Canada after my visit . I have spent too much money in China education with no work or anything just my own money using for survival and investments paying me each month . Those money couldn’t have been used to start a business or something but it been invested in education here in China to learn Project manager for software engineers . I am in final year so I need to finish what I started successfully the after say good bye to China forever .
Once you have established a life in Ghana your chances of approval will increase.

So let me know what you think is best way for me to counter this situation I am cause this visit is really essential to me in this country I am at the moment . Maybe from your great experience and knowledge you can suggest how a student in such country can demonstrate strong ties with his education or something cause I have no plans to stay in China or work here in China after graduation . Just going back to my mother land . I will be very grateful if you share me a better way to deal with this from within China so I just visit Canada for 7 days and return back .
Why is the visit essential? Reapplying and trying to insist that you need to visit Canada will only raise concerns. There are no clear ways to get approved.

None of these visits create ties and they also don’t provide proof of a strong international travel history. It is very difficult for young adults to have strong ties because they don’t own homes, don’t have dependents they are leaving behind, don’t have longterm employment, etc. The fact that you are studying in a 3rd country, have significant family ties in Canada and are from Ghana makes your application even weaker.

So it isn’t essential. Family should realize that Canada does refuse TRVs for many people. Also she can’t force you to reapply.

You aren’t living in the homes. You can certainly include proof of property ownership but don’t think it will have a big impact
Yes I did included those prop

yeah all these would have not been this stress if I applied from Ghana rather than China cause In Ghana there is strong ties

So what about USA that I am just going as a tourist , I don’t know anyone there just myself and going for tourism . Shouldn’t my education , bank statement , me needing to return immediate to come graduate in 2025 July , China bank statement and rent lease agreement be enough to demonstrate strong ties cause seems that’s the issue I have now . Issue of ties to China which is not my country

The crazy part of all this is , my own bank statement and assets was used to help a cousin to get his visa approval to Canada for his studies to Canada from Ghana which he is already there but me the main person is getting refusal due to not been back home to Ghana .

So your cousin is here studying, you have commited funds for his education, so the money you show for travel is technically significantly less, given your commitment to his education. IRCC is actually smart enough to tie all these factors together. You have an awful lot of relatives in Canada which starts to show more ties to Canada than to china or Ghana.
