I’m sure the Canadian IRCC officer isn’t going to change how they apply the rules on who gets a TRV just on the basis of a letter from a foreigner
And dictating on why it shouldn’t apply to you , won’t go over well

Once again for the millionth time . Foreigners are not entitled to a visa .

You could reach out to your MP, but wait , you don’t have an MP
Yes foreigners ain’t entitled to to any country visa but immigration rules every foreigner judgments is made differently depending on on their condition or situation. So let see what happens cause yes as a foreigner I don’t have a Canada Mp and I’m not even in my home country , as i write I’m in Paris returning back to China on Tuesday so let see what gcm note of officers says respectfully .

It will likely say you have minimal ties to your home country, do not currently live in your home country, have both Canadian citizen family members and a brother studying in Canada. All grounds for concern you will remain in Canada if you visit. Also come from a country with an high asylum claim rate.

Has little to do with the fact you are in China but any country other than your home country on a temporary visa/permit. This is fairly common situation but you have additional red flags for CRA on top of that.

Red flag for CRA ( Canada revenue Agency ) you mean , I don’t have any issue with such cause all source of income is well explained with evidence. Let not forget countries I have been to also have strict rules even for Europe itself . Officer issue of refusal is • the significant family ties to Canada “ .

I never said was entitled and not entitled to any country’s own but there should be a fair decision based on rules not unfair emotions or feelings for decisions . Or seeking a family visit is entitlement according to ircc rules ?

And others. Reread the various posts explaining why you were likely denied.
Yes but now those old reason have been resolved effectively so now the “ is the significant family ties that’s the issue “ but let see what officer says in gcm note then I share it here .

You literally can’t resolve the issues. You live in a 3rd country not your home country, are on a temporary visa in China so not a strong tie, you do have family in Canada both on a permanent and temporary basis, you don’t have strong ties to Ghana because you don’t live there, etc.

Fair enough with your point cause especially with in a third country which is not my home country . Would have been different if I was working there but I’m not even working there but just a student so yes you’re right . So better apply from Ghana which will be much better but I will update on what was said in the gcm notes let finalize the situation at hand.
