Passport reached IRCC office - 5th March
Dispatched - 3rd April

What time you got the notification, Mine also reached March 6th but no notification yet for one of the parent. One I got yesterday.

I got at 3 am IST on IRCC, but it isn’t a useful notification because they are requesting passport

Based on trends for last two months, its taking about 22 working days for dispatch message. Add 2 more days for delivery.

No clue. I am also waiting for updates and keeping fingers crossed. Mine reached IRCC on 11th Mar. You can go through the replies on this thread for people who have a similar timeline as you.

My passport reached ircc new dehli on 10th March but yesterday I received pre arrival email from ircc . Anybody are on same timeline or anybody got the pre arrival letter before dispatch?
