My parents’ passports received in IRCC Delhi on 6 June. Still under process. Anyone with similar timeline?

Yeah they mentioned spousal PR

But I don't think they differentiate by the type of visa for stamping. It would be most likely processed in the order they receive

They do differentiate. PR applications usually take more time than other TRV applications.
