TRV Application tracker & Passport Stamping

Hi, I have applied for TRV for both my parents. As per tracker and IRCC portal, the application is approved and the Visa information is posted. We have submitted the passport for stamping on 14th May. Assuming it will take 3 weeks (based on the current trend), Should we book tickets and wait until we receive the passport?

In same situation. Submitted passports on 14th may… still confused if should book tickets or not.. it’s getting expensive. Where did you submit? And on what date it reached IRCC office?

It reached IRCC delhi on 14th May. The courier picked up just day before.

Do not book tickets until you have your stamped passports. Stamping is taking more than 3 weeks in many cases. They are visiting Canada so waiting a few weeks to book a flight should not be a huge issue but may prevent you from losing money if not non-refundable.

May i know what is the overall processing time for TRV applied from India from application submission to passport stamping?

And what are the documents required for new born TRV?

I applied for parents visa on IRCC portal on 14th April. We received the passport stamped with approved visa on 6th june.

Hi, can you tell me more about this tracker thing? I applied for my son (minor in india) trv. I am trying to do this tracker thing and they say they dny have any information or may b ircc has not updated it yet on there system.
But i hv gc key account and it shows no update. Can you please help me to how to add file with this tracker thing?

Passport Submitted: June 18
Passport Received at IRCC: June 20
Passport Dispatched from IRCC: July 2
Estimated arrival date in Chennai: July 4.

(Webforms raised on June 27 and July 1- post PPR and prior to dispatch notice due to urgent travel for event with Special Event Code)
