Lot of October files are stuck [ including mine]. A friend of mine is from Oct 31st and waiting too. I see Oct 5-14 files have moved a lot [ based on the PPR updates I saw on this forum and other groups]
Hoping this trend continues and we all hear in the next week or so

Yes. Even Jan 2nd application got PPR on 14th. Just heard of a child VV PPR applied on oct 18
Keep checking your account. Oct files are moving and the latest I saw is that of Oct 18th this morning

They do ask for some people
My friend applied for his wife and child and he got a medical request for both. His child got the visa while no updates yet on his wife
You are very close to your decision. You should generally get the decision within minutes of receiving BVL. However there have been some cases with a delay too. Wishing you the best
