visa stamping at other office

Two weeks since I e-mailed them. I think I should start looking at options to send passport to Ottawa.

Thinking about the same here...will give it another couple days. Hopefully we all hear from CIC soon.

I got e-mail today to submit passports at a local office. Relieved. Though it came from an employee e-mail id. I hope its not an issue..!

In the main application itself they asked about the VO office. am i right ? if we mentioned as new delhi then obviously the file will get transfer to delhi?

Hey,

All CEC applications are processed in Ottawa. Applicants who chose for example, New Delhi as their visa office, still got request to send passport to Ottawa. I'm in the same situation, I had requested to change visa office and it was noted in my GCMS notes...but I still got request to submit passport to Ottawa.
