I received reply from CIC for VO change mail confirmation on August 1st..

I took 34 days for the response..

My passport with Australia CIC for stamping, hopefully I'll get it soon..

Hi UHavetodo, I am in a similar situation as you are. I received a passport request from Ottawa Pilot Office on July 7 2014, but since I am now based in Australia, I requested for a change of VO on July 8. The address on my ecas was changed last week to reflect my Australia address, but I have yet to receive another passport request from Sydney, Australia VO. It's been 35 days now since my request so mine is taking longer than your experience. Can I request for the details of the Passport request from the Sydney VO just to give me an idea of the process? To which address did they require you to mail your passports, and did they require you to fill out and submit new forms? Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Congratulations!

I have received request from CIC to send passport at ottawa for visa printing. I have sent immediate request to transfer the visa stamping in India since I reside in India. However, I did not receive auto generated message which confirms the delivery of email to CIC. I sent it 3 times but no automated response.

Did this happen with anyone today or in recent time. What should I do. How do I kow whether emailed is delivered to them.

Please advise.

check message from nsg in previous page....if you click on mail id in ppr request it shows another mailid. That might be the case....just type mailid what u see in mail. Try that....i sent 3 times and i got automated response all the time.

I checked, I sent it to correct address and not to ott-pilot. I may try sending the same email tomorrow and check what happens. Please share your experiences if not received automated response after sending email.

I forgot to mention here that I replied to their PPR request email which is CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. I did not copied the email link they mentioned in that email. I hope they have received it. But i do not any way to confirm.

Passport StatusVisa application, tracking ID No.************has been received by the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 23/07/2014 and its under process...


I got the stamp for me but waiting for my spouse last three and half months for visa stamp and VO change...

After it has been more than 30 days (after 23rd August), Go see your local MP. They will send a request to Singapore, and it might expedite the process.

Hi All,

Finally Passport stamping done.

@filca, sorry for the delay reply..

I did the following,
Mailed CIC Ottawa and requested to change the VO office to Sydney, Australia for stamping.

After 35 days, I got a mail from CIC Ottawa, Passport request to send it to Sydney office, they missed the address.

I mailed Sydney CIC office (SYDNYIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca), asking for it, they confirmed that in my PR application Sydney CIC added as Secondary VO.

I contacted VFS(http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Australia/) and mailed Passports & confirmation mail.

Got stamped in 3 days. Hope I'm clear; let me know if anything...

Send reminder to CIC, Ottawa if necessary.

I sent reminder to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca for vo change. But I didn't get automatic acknowledgement that they received my mail. Is anybody faced the same issue?

Got VO change email on Aug 1st and submitted passport to VFS india on 4th-Aug, collected PPs with visa stamping and COPR on 14th-Aug.

Will have to plan for landing towards end of this year.
