I was hoping this week would be good bit nothing. Makes me wonder if our additional doc's are in the right hands and if they have even looked at them. Almost 6 weeks since we sent them and nothing. Im going crazy

Newpal, i am not in Calgary i am in Windsor ontario, i been in Canada mroe than 8 years , my husband came 11 months ago , i am enjoying every minute with him ,we are happy together , and i wish everybody in this forum will have a Visa

My wife and I are in 6 months in Viena office... ???
I read here people are angry and on the edge to bloooowww,( I am one of them, sometimes) but what we can do? Seet, wait, be here and now in present time.
It becomes like everyday duty, more like zombie... start day--- (mail, e-mail, hot-mail, this, that, this.....) seriously????
Anyways, YES this is like pressure-hole-out and thank you all... It helps when you share..
I wish that next week bring us HAPPY NEWS

I waiting every Sunday night(because of time difference) for beginning of new week and new news.But as weeks coming and goes-nothing.
As I understand here,since I am September applicant 2013, till July,August I sd not expect any news. And if I am lucky,to expect news even then.
I am trying not to think about it,but I always want my destiny in my hands,not depending on nobody.But see now this,how things can change in life.

Anyways,good luck to everybody,in next week.

Seems like we have almost the same timeline. I'm not expecting any news before July/August either. Maybe Vienna will surprise us

Yes we are in same time line. From 21.oct.2013 just medical results and that's it.
I dont know how you going, alone or with a lawyer but after this months if Vienna don't call me
I will contact a lawyer to send a latter to them.
Maybe it is stupid but I will try that to.
I don't like to put a time till I recive papers, I wish every work day from 8:30-13:30 to call me....
I was rejected before FAM application to visit my wife (twice) in Belgrade and in Vienna... just rejected
And now this waiting killing me softly :-X
If someone have some Q maybe I have A

don't waste money on a lawyer, you won't accomplish anything. You applied in Oct 2013, only 5 months ago; the processing time for Vienna is 14 months right now. If you look at the timelines of others on this tread you will see that many are waiting over 12 months or more already. You need to be patient. I understand that it's difficult to be separated from your wife, but you will have to accept the fact that this process takes time.

Each application is unique but yet all of us are waiting for the same thing. One hang up in your app could delay you 1-2 months. Who ever requested gmcs notes you will see that there are a dozen visa officers that log into your file. Maybe they work like a assembly line. They can ask for additional documents, pc, med, interview...all this delays and puts you back in que. its been almost 13 months since we applied and i dont see my wife coming anytime soon. That in 6 weeks they cant look at a new PC, pictures and boarding passes? Instead of talking about her coming here we started talking about me going to visit her again and going on holidays to greece. I cant be positive anymore....just go thru the motions day in day out week in week out and month in month out.
