One thing more.. shall i apply for VISIT visa? what you guys recommend?
are you from Germnay if you are from Visa exempt country you dont need to apply for tourist Visa,

I have a question; what is the next step after the security check? I know they started doing the security (background) check 3 months ago and MP told my husband that it can last 2-4 months depending on who is doing it, RCMP or CSIS. So, after this is done, what can I expect? Is there any other check or should this be nearly done then?
Thank you all for your help with all my questions and concerns.

Hello Vienna group,

I have a question about the clearance of police certificate from Germany. So here is the story I had to obtain this document from Sweden, Iran, and Germany; the first two are already in English but the German one is not. I had a translated with the translator's official stamp. Do I still need to get it notarized?

after i talked to them i told to my husband better to wait than to apply for tourist Visa, i didnt want to wait longer after that

Thank you! Since my wife is living with me in Germany the wait is not going to be as hard as for many other forum members who are separate from their loved ones. But of course we would like to move to Canada to her family as soon as possible.

Oh well ... there is nothing we can do that wait and being patient.

OHHHHH that is easy when you are with the love one, i was seperated from my husband and it was the hardes and longest time , usually i dont have patients for anything when you have to wait that long , but i think Vienna taught me to be little bit more patients,
but nothing is in our hand and we can not change anything

Avissa

I had similar situation like you before to obtain 4 Police Clearance Certificate all of them is not an English one what i was done is translate it in English from Translator and stamp it with his sign and prove its genuine translation office and attached it with original one so you dont need to notarize it at all if its translate in English
