hi newpal

Sorry for asking but why your application is taking-took so long?
I see you filed in July 2012 and your file transfer was in April 2013? Why did it take so much time for you?
Stage 2 AOR is the confirmation of receipt of file from your VO.

Hi
My spouse is also non-EU although she is from Europe (Macedonia) unless you are non continental European then why all this trouble and waist of time!

Hi dear all!
I just have a question, where we suppose to get the COPR? Due that my wife is in Canada taking an English course? Should we email the embassy to ask send the cOPR to our address in Montreal?
Thank you!

Vanecan,

Congrats with your DM. I received COPR by registrered mail at the address that we had given to CIC. This is the address as you'll see on Ecas. I believe this is the case for everybody. If you're not sure you can always contact a call centre.

Why your process taking time?

Hey Everyone!

I'm glad i found this site!

SO here's my story.... I started my application for my parents back in 2007. I received a letter back on May 1st 2012 stating that we werent eligible to sponsor because we do not meet the income requirements but they still sent it to Vienna office. We paid for all the fees that were associated and even paid for the permanent resident fee for my parents. I emailed the Vienna office stating that back in 2006 we did not make as much money as we do now and forwarded them a copy of our current t4's. It will be 6 years this year that this application is in process. Vienna has had the file for a year now. my question is, has anyone experienced this? Will their be a good outcome where my parents will be approved? HELP.

thanks!

I don't know why does it take so long. I'm so tired of waiting. They asked first to redo the medical and I redid. After one month they asked about fingerprints. I lost one month in fingerprints because Macedonian fingerprints office made a mistake. The guy hadn't taken fingerprints in his life. We asked Vienna for another form and in same time my husband sent me form by registered mail. I didn't get the both forms and I called our post office million times. On internet shows that the letter arrived in Macedonia on 5th April and our post office guys say that it still haven't arrived. So my husband send the another form by FedEx. I hope for good news soon.
