To all of you guys who don;t get replies to emails, same happened to me too, no replies for months, only at the end of the process did they respond to my questions. I think, as long as the process is not close to it's end, they do not reply. It is frustrating, because you never know, did they receive your email, or didn;t they, why do they not reply etc. Would be nice if they replied, but that's how it is, there is no other choice than to be patiened. I myself never contacted MP, though I was thinking about it and never ordered those notes, I just thought this would not change anything.

My husband landed this weekend, everything went very smooth.
Good luck to those still waiting.

But in the AOR is says, after 3 months you are required to ask about the status of your application... so why would they write that if they don't answer anyways? So far they always answered my emails, guess I was lucky.

That I don't know, our case was first processed in Berlin, and Berlin does not answer after the 3months period. It was frustrating not to get any answers to the emails, even when I asked, if medicals should be renewed because they expired (at that time Vienna had the application already). Neither did we know for sure if the file arrived in Vienna at all after the transfer in May, so not getting an answer from Vienna made me feel uncertain, I didn't know if the file was lost or if it ever arrived in Vienna. It would have been nice if we had received at least one email, so I would not have had to worry.

Happy new year everybody!!

I'm still waiting also for emails back from Vienna. They respond really late. I'm just going to try not to focus on it anymore.
I am going to move in with my mom at the end of Januari. I have to let Vienna know about my change of adress but I was wondering.

Do I only tell them about the new adres or also that I'm going to move in with my mom temporarily until my approval comes in?

If only it was that easy... -.-

I don't know the answer to your question, but would think that it's enough to give them your new adress (unless perhaps if your Mom has a different last name and mail wouldn't necessarily reach you at the new adress).

No idea what is going on with my application

I am still in Process, and know that they got the documenets and they are processing the application but i dont know how long will take for them to finish , do you think they can extend medical if the process is very close to end

I can only say i had a reply really fast, but that was after i received my COPR, there was some info wrong on it and i wrote them 2 emails about it and got twice a fast reply like the next day, might be that they just did that cause the case was kinda done and its important cause the info has to be correct. With emails while in process i have no experience, i never had to send one.

My understanding is you have to re-do them, as you have to land prior to your Medicals or your passport expiring (whichever comes first). Could be wrong though...

I read somewhere that they can do that (they changed the rules as of last year) but it all depends on how close you application is to being granted. They could also ask you to just do part of the medical. We are in the same boat, our medicals expire next week, we'll probably have to redo it..suckiness..

my medical is going to expire next week too , but this is not our fault , i guess, lets cross the fingers and hope the process with be over soon , i start to lose hopes at all

Europe,..when i went to my interview and my med was expired they told me to redo it and send it,...and know when i emailed them and asked for the status they said,..ur case is on backgoundcheck and it is on process from the day of interview,..i dont no u should email them and ask them if u have to redo it or not,...

Just a comment to all
I understand and respect that the government has to get payed in order to process all those huge volumes of applications. (nothing comes for free)
But they also have to realize that many of these applicant are people who are driven to immigrate out of a need for a better life and many of them do not have the financial resources to pay and pay and pay.
What I mean! I read from many of you that they ask you to redo the meds. From little that I know the meds cost in many countries in Europe 250Euros. Dont they (CIC) realize that some people are having a great difficulty saving this money to pay again and again

That is all and please do not make replies of judgment and criticism. I only expressed an opinion here
