Ok, so I found my mistake regarding the letter I posted on before. It was indeed true that I hadn't payed my fees yet. They were talking about the right of permanent residence fee and I was thinking about the application fee we have to pay before submitting the application. All these abbreviations are confusing! I found out because I clicked through buttons at MyCIC which I hadn't clicked before and I found my personal document checklist. There it told me to upload the receipt. I manged to find out how to pay it and it took only a minute. The fee is 490 CAD by the way. I uploaded the document and then I had to submit it by clicking more interesting looking buttons and sign the submission digitally. It's not really complicated but I never new of this option and got lucky I was feeling playful and bored for a sec. It's all hidden under "view submitted application".
I'm probably making a fool out of me right now and you guys know all this already but maybe someone didn't and I can save him/her from a delay.
Mine is only two days so I'm not too upset. I just hope there won't be any confusion with the email I had sent 2 days ago saying I've already payed. Bt I don't think so since they have proof of payment now and that's what counts.
