HI! My friends.

I got good news which are bad new right now for me. Well vienna answered us this is the good news. The bad news is that they're requesting an interview which is even worse news is that the interview date is may 14. They didnt require any additional documents.
Then why do we have the interview?

This has shocked me may 14 is 3 months from today!!!!!!!

Everybody else got an interview within a month. Not us we have it 3 months from now. Right now im purely talking from anger.

My question is there anybody else who got an interview and if they did. Whats the date on it.?

I am really glad that everybodies papers are progressing. But i didnt expect a another 3 months.

march 20 application sent in
april 17 i was accepted as sponsor
end of april vienna had our file

I recently sent Vienna a revised schedule A form and had the exact same dilemma - but ended up writing his travels to Canada under Personal History and having under Activity "Visiting wife" stated. I thought to myself it doesn't make sense to have this because I too thought it was only work related but then thought extra information can't hurt (at least I hope so) I don't know if this is correct or not but if you are stressed maybe try sending them an e mail saying that you were not sure and if needed you can send an updated Schedule A form again...

You are right, extra information cannot hurt. But if I send an e-mail now would they view this as we tried to hide it? In the GCMS notes they made a note of a TRV issue in 2005, so they know about it. I think I will sleep better if we send an e-mail.

OMG everyone I don’t know what to do - so Feb 7th we got a request from Vienna to send an update for schedule A and we sent via post and it arrived Feb 17th. And now we just got another email to send an updated schedule A???? Again?? I don’t understand what is going on??

Do you have any idea, why Vienna is not updating? Its should be quarterly, it was suppose to be updated at the end of January?

This is what I don't understand. They asked me for additional documents in June 2013 and now in February 2014 again. Why didn't they check everything at once???

OMG this Vienna will drive all of us nuts. It only arrived 3 days ago...maybe they didn't update the file yet. Send them an e-mail and just tell them you sent it alredy as per the tracking number xxxxx it arrived Feb 17th. And if they still need a new one. Not sure what else you should do.

i don’t know I’m going to go crazy - with you it’s at least a time apart , they are asking me to do the same thing 3 days apart! Maybe we didn’t fill out the schedule A correctly after all..I don’t know what they want from us

Yes everything was signed and dated.. I really don’t know.. i am sending it again today.. I’m so frustrated..

I sent them an e mail yesterday saying as per tracking number they should have received the updated Schedule A if they could please confirm... and today I got this e mail to send it again.. nothing else..

Do they know how much additional money we have to spend all the time? My documents will probably cost around 80 Dollars or more to send them to Vienna. And then in 2 weeks they probably ask me for a new police certificate and in 4 weeks for a new medical. And all this without a job left. Thanks a lot :-(

Hi Roland, I got an interview, scheduled for 05 March, got an invitation around Jan 20, they asked me to bring a new police certificate. I'm sorry you have to wait for 3 months!!! But Vienna got my papers end of February 2013 and scheduled it for march 2014, a more than a year after, the same in your case. Of course I have no idea if they were even considering this. I advise you to order GCMS notes to see the possible reasons they are asking for an interview so you can prepare and maybe bring some papers with you to prove them wrong. Good luck!

I know!! and how stressful this is.. our medical and Police certificate expires in March.. Probably more money and nerves down the drain...
