We sent the skype records with the application but I am not sure how to do it from the phone. Don't e-mail doc's, if I recall they said that the schedule A has to have an original signature. We used DHL - next day delivery. It was 40 euros. You can probaly do it by mail or at least registered mail.

Yah i have lots of pics for the past 7yrs, but we already sent those in the application, now we need to send from when we got married til now

For skype i just took screen shots where it shows length of call. For written communication i used fb chat log. Now for this time i sent our viber communication from july-jan showing 47000 messages just the first and latest messages they email ot on excel. I used screen shots of viber calls and frequency.

It says if any info is not in french or english to translate....im assuming its only for documents not text msgs right.
I mostly use whatsapp and once i copy that to word by email its very confusing to make any sense, should i send that too. Hehehe i dont think anyone will read it cus it looks like codes

Only official documents need to be translated and certified. Im just showing frquency and amount of communication. I translated fb chats and took about 2-3 chats a week. To me thats enough. Currently 157000 messages on fb who has the time

His CoPR expiration date would be in April when his passport expires if you don't renew his passport (unless his medical expires before then). So, to maintain flexibility, I'd go ahead and renew his passport and then send a case specific enquiry to Vienna once he has the new passport with a copy of his new passport bio page so they update his file and issue the CoPR with the correct passport number.

I think I'll apply for a new police certificate as well. It expired this week and they will probably ask for it soon. It'll save me some time...

Hello everyone.. i need help i got an email today regarding some more documents for my wife and i from Macedonia. They want documents from there regarding us visiting that country, we have nothing to do with Macedonia our application is from Kosovo. I think this might be a mistake on Viennas part, anyone else ever go through this??? ughh so stressed....

His medical expired in January, his police certificate expired yesterday. I got asked for additional docs but not medical or police cert. I just don't know what to do about his passport. He'll have to renew it obviously, but we never know when Vienna will contact, so we're in limbo. Im stressed amd thos needs to be over soon

Hey Milance, I will have to do the same thing for my interview soon. I extracted Viber history, it's an Excel file but it doesn't show duration of calls? Did it say anywhere how many messages you exchanged, or you are only judging by the number of rows? Plus, I have messages history for a longer period than call history, did this happen to you? I will take some screen shots, just not sure how many would be enough and not too much, any advice? WhatsApp history seems useless, it doesn't even show his phone number. Also, what do you guys think about color printing our photos, few of them per Word page, with explanations? I'm open for any advice on these matters
