Yeah I saw in the GCMS file that our file was transferred to Vienna on Feb 5 2013, and they've sent my wife an e-mail 20 days later acknowledging the reception.

Ok thats very nice but sorry you didnt answer my question can you tell me please what a AOR is? i order also GCMS notes but i didnt sign the form because on the form it says "If applicable" so only my wife sign it and we didnt also send proof like ID or driver licens that she lives in canada but she wrote her address but i dont know what gonna happend...thats why im a bit worried

AOR is acknowledgment of reception - an e-mail from visa office where they acknowledge they've received your application.

I also only provided them with my address and no document and there was no problem getting the GCMS notes

Hi Eva.. thanks.. yes I think I will wait for them to contact me if they need new medicals.. also since my husband is a visitor in Canada currently it would be a big risk for him to leave just to make new medicals if not requested by Vienna. How did Vienna let you know to do new medicals – via e mail? When did you apply for your husband – how long have you been waiting so far?

Ljiljana
Hi Ljiljana,
the request was sent to my husband by e-mail. We submitted the application Sep 28,2012, file was transferred to Vienna Nov 14, 2012. You can see all the information in my timeline :)

They didn't say whether to send it by regular mail or e-mail and to which address. Little help?

We are sending the doc's by DHL, it arrives next day and it's traceable. It's not very cheap (40 eu) but I don't want to worry about it getting lost in regular mail. You can send it either way, I don't think they have any kind of requirements for that. We used the same method when we sent the doc's requested in March last year.

You think we can scan them and send them electronically?

Good news from Vienna, my wife got an email from them today requesting her to redo the medical, provide the Schedule A document and new police certificate.

Υayyyy. Congratulations friend. These are also good news for everyone here..All the best

Not as far as I know, they need the original police certificate with a translation and an original signature on schedule A. This is from their e-mail and it's in bold letters:

-Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature.
-New original police certificate from Serbia

I don't think that scanned copies would do in this case.

You didn't get an e-mail from Vienna at all when they received your application? We got an e-mail confirming they received it. It contained an application number starting with an "F" and that is what we used in all our correspondence. Not sure how to go about it if you don't have any numbers, that could be the reason they did not respond to you.
