This was only so he could apply for the OWP and stay in Canada while working. It wasnt the best solution, but at the time we *thought* UK processing times were actually at 29 months. I am a lot more educated now

I might just hang tight for a month to be sure, but again I know how frustrating it is not to have answers, and the prospects of waiting longer are never fun either. I don't disagree that withdrawing your rep might be a decent idea though.
