at one place eligibility goes to Review Required which is auto update by automated system. That is some kind of reminder which goes to analysts or agents that eligibility needs to be checked.

Check in your note by whom it is updated ? if it is updated by GCMS/EEAPP then it is automated update. If it is updated by agent or analyst that means your application is set for review by officer as analyst and agent found something suspicious, or they want officer to check it thoroughly. This is just my opinion. reality can be something else also :)

I have checked mine notes also . In eligibility section :: Old Value - Calculation in Progress, New Value :: Review Required. Updated By : EAIEAPP
Then Review Required is changed to Not Started by AF7***. And then the file transferred to New Delhi .

I think these are their internal processing updates as they update it step by step
In my case also the "Review Required" has been updated by EAIEAPP and Office-GCMS system. Then Analyst has reset it to Not Started. Thanks for the inputs EJS. Maybe, if we had ordered our GCMS notes a bit later, there would have been more clarity on the Eligibility post the review of the Visa officer.

Hello everyone..
I received my GCMS notes today.
It says:
Case analyst/ selection review:EE-M1-PV2*****A 11.2 ASSESMENT****RPRF OUTSTANDING*****NOT REGISTERED AS A PROFFESIONAL ARCHITECT IN CANADA*****Provincial nominee program applicant. Applicant selected by Ontario with PNC# under Non Employer driven. PNP applicant in primary NOC 0212
(It goes onto mention my work ex etc). FOSS check- No adverse info. WES- met
the duties listed in the letter of reference appears to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under the NOC selected. As a result I am satisfied that within the 10 years before the date on which their application on permanent resident visa is made they have accumulated, over a continous period at least one year of full time experience as (etc etc)
PA does meet the FSW criteria for the selected NOC. PA does meet the definition of provincial nominee and selection under PN program. Family Members- PA is married - Marraige certificate on file. Copies of valid passport submitted. Medical- passed.

Few questions:
1. Is it a problem that I am not registered as a proffesional architect in Canada?
2. I have been working with my present company since October 2010, but the analysts' review says that I have been working since 08Jan 2014-Present. Why is it so? I rechecked my experience letter submitted as well.
Any other views/ advice will be much appreciated.

Hi CJS,
In my notes only once in Activity 5
Sub activity/activity type : 11.2-EE MI
Field name: Status
New value:Review Required
Updated by: EAIEAPP
Office -Centralized Intake office

This is only in one activity, before that it was updated : Calculate by officer and then EE Econ status updated as : Not started.

Later in Application where old value and new value is given, Officer has updated Eligibility status from Not started to Calculate then system updated from Calculate to Calculation in progress and then again officer updated from Calculation in progress to Not started.

In starting in Assessments also : Not started

Is this o.k. or not ? What do you think?

It seems that your file is transferred to local VO. IMO if officer sets it again to not started that means file is transferred to local vo and they have set it to be completed at local VO. Did your notes say that file is transferred to local VO ?

Noticed from your posts also that you where concerned of MST not met. Look what I found from another member sharma' gcms notes - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/understanding-gcms-notes-t366708.45.html
From what we can understand it means that he's only met his category's requirements (e.g. CEC) and not met the others, so I guess MST is for skilled trade.
About the licenced occupation, you are an Architect right, which is regulated in most provinces? According to you notes, it doesn't seem that it's a red flag. One guy here called to Ontario Immigration and they confirmed that one doesn't need to obtain licence before becoming PR unless he has an arranged employment there.
