Two Way courier services VFS New Delhi - India

Hi Guys,
My husbands passport was stamped and returned back to bluedart. But bluedart suddenly stopped the courier service for the location that we choose for two way courier pickup and drop off. Bluedart returned the decision envelop back to VFS.
We are unable to actually locate his passport. VFS not responding to our email and bluedart is saying that they returned the parcel to VFS.
We are really worried.
Is this the care happen to someone? any advice?

I would suggest you call VFS and speak to someone in case you have not already done so. To reach a customer service rep, call them and then dial 1 then 8 then *

My parents didn’t get any calls or emails from VFS with waybill. However they got a call from Bluedart to schedule a pick up. Bluedart had the details and they handed over the passport. Next day they got an email from VFS confirming that the passport has been sent to IRCC. So I would say there is nothing to worry about it.

Next day they got an email from VFS confirming that the passport has been sent to IRCC. So I would say there is nothing to worry about it.

My submission was done on Friday around 4.30pm and haven't received any mail/sms since then, have let it pass because it's weekend. Is it alright?

Hi,

I submitted four passports for my family and they are all in processing at IRCC Delhi 8th Oct. I received return AWB (Second AWB) for only three of the passports on the same day, and I am still waiting for the AWB number for the fourth passport.

Is it normal for VFS to send the return AWB number staggered over days. Is there a need to inform and check with them.

For parent sponsorship, How long does it take to get back the stamped passport after it reaches by IRCC Delhi? Anyone please share experience.
