Hello, sailing on the same boat. Did the payment day before. Followed up over email a couple of times on AWB number and customer care runs thru the same recorded messages so, in vain. Received a call from bluedart for pick last evening and I was told the AWB number upon checking with the pick up guy but didn't submit docs yet. Tweeted VFS folks via DM with the same AWB number, ticket no. and Ref. ID and got a response to share details via DM on location, email ID. Still awaiting a mail confirmation.
