Two Way courier services VFS New Delhi - India

I did receive some VFS tracking number and could track. Today I received that IRCC decision envelop is sent to me by VAC and I should be able to track it with AWB number, however I was given just 1 AWB number which was for my passport delivery to IRCC and dont have any other AWB for delivery from IRCC to me, was I supposed to get it at the time of buying 2 way or will i receive another email in coming days with that information?
sometime I think VFS makes this process intentionally complicated.

I think the AWB number is mentioned on top right corner of the payment receipt.

How much it cost to avail 2 way service for family of 4? (INR 1314 x 4 + 544x4) or (1314x1 + 544x4)?
Do we pay for one package or 4 packages?

On 17th May, I rec'd email, from VFS Global, that my passport has been received by IRCC New Delhi ( for Visitor Visa stamping) and is under process.
I have opted for 2 way courier service.
I don't see any record on VFS global site with the tracking no. provided, neither any update from IRCC portal on application status.

I understand, once the stamped passport is returned to VFS global, I will get an email along with tracking details.
But, how long does it take these days for IRCC New Delhi to stamp the passport and return to VFS. It is around 9 days, yet there is no update?

Hi All, I got PPR. In the passport request letter, it is mentioned to put all the applicant passports in the same envelop.
But on VFS global, they want separate envelop for each applicant.
I have total 2 applicants. One primary and other dependent. What to do?

I sent my fathers passport via the VFS Global two-way courier service. The passport was picked up by Bluedart. However, the destination on Bluedart tracking shows as New Delhi where as Mumbai is my closest VAC and I had chosen Mumbai on the VFS site as well not Delhi.
Has anyone else experiences this? Why would they send the passport to New Delhi instead of Mumbai? Is this is mistake by VFS or BlueDart?
Please can you share insights if you also had the same experience? This is for a TRV.

Hi friends. My file reached ircc on 10December2024 and it's on process since then. Its going to be four weeks and no update till this time. How long is it taking for stamping these days.

I got dispatch mail - Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 2023/07/07 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

Is there another mail when the passport is ready for collection?

Did you get any email for ready for collection? Was it on the same day?

Hi, Has anyone used two-way courier service for a group in India? We got two different AWB numbers. We handed over two passports, each in a separate envelope, to the blue dart person. When the passport was delivered to VAC, my wife (primary applicant) got tracking id, but I didn't receive any email. Does VFS generate multiple tracking ids for a group?

My parents applied for a visitor visa from India in Dec 2024, provided biometric in New Delhi and opted for VFS premium lounge facility. Their application was rejected in Jan 2025.
We recently reapplied for the visitor visa and this time they are approved and we are trying to submit the request for passport submission through courier but have few questions as this is a new application which was approved.

1. Did you enroll for biometrics with this application?
Shall we answer yes because the biometric provided for the first application was used for the second application.

2. Did you opted for premium lounge with the biometric?
Will this be yes or no as the premium lounge was opted for previous application
