Would it be better for a Pakistani widow to apply for a TRV or a Super Visa to visit her four children in Canada? She only wants to stay for a month, and is currently in the USA. In addition, she has a 5-year-visa for the USA.
As well, can we send her TRV application to a visa office in the USA, since that is where she is currently staying - though only for a few months? Or do we have to send the application to Islamabad?
