Hi everyone,

We have finally received our share of good news from CPP-O :) :) :) :) :)

RPRF and passport request email came late night of the 29th of May, was too busy to update right away...

I have previously paid the fee though, they don't seem to be aware of it >:( And then I understood why: in the email they ask us to send the receipt to the following email: CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca but when i paid it in April I sent it to the other one (I assume to the general enquiries: ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca).

Anyway I resent the receipt to the required address, the only reason why I cant say I'm absolutely happy is that we will have to wait till July to send our passports since we are leaving for a 3-week-vacation in 10 days. I assume that's ok because they give you 60 days to send them your passports.

At least this news means that though they are mainly working on the backlog now, our processes are still on. Don't lose hope, guys! Wishing everybody speedy results!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

P.S.: Our ECAS changed into "Decision Made" 2 days later after the email, i.e. today - May 31st. Sarayu, could you please update our track info? Thnx :)

Congrats :)

hi Everyone,

I am not very closely following the posts so please dnt mind a question already asked!!

1. My ECAS status says " In Process" when I click on it, it expands to say "Medicals have being received" please share where I am in the process.

2. Also, I am in Toronto, ON CIC has asked for RPRF but not for RCMP clearances (pls correct if its referred as something else) I mean no request for finger prints.

3. Does any one has any experience where can I get my finger printing etc done and they where do I have to mail it?

Best,
Indiapnp

Hey Guys,

Had a nice surprise waiting for me when I got home from work today. My COPR was sitting on my kitchen table. No PPR needed for me apparently. I'm heading to the border tomorrow to get things finalized.

Congrats on the PPR.

Also @ Sarayu and Phil,

I just received an email saying my files are being transferred and request for RPRF if it's still outstanding.

Hi Anser0131,

I received a similar letter reminding me to pay RPRF input standing this week.

Did you also receive any request for fingerprintin etc ?
And, did the letter you received reminded you it requested for the RPRF. My letter says "reminding" so I am wondering if I missed a letter in my mail box !?

Thanks,
Indiapnp

Awesome news. Are you from a Visa Exempt country too? All the best with your landing. I dont know when I will see the PPR request coming my way, its been 3 weeks from the 'Decision Made' status change already.

Hi Corner_Kerns:

Hearty Congrats buddy. So, are you from a visa exempt country? Good luck for everything.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Thanks for the congrats.

Yes I'm from a visa exempt country. The photocopy of my passport that I sent with my initial application must have been good enough for what they needed.
