Found this and i hope below is not the reason for such delays in issuing ppr's.

One reason why the delay in CEM processing, they are on legal strike since April this year, and last week they withdraw services on certain location, unfortunately Manila is one of them.

@Sarayu, still no good news from your application...we almost have the same timeline...the only difference is Im in canada applicant,
I hope you will receive a good news soon...by the way just we sent our PP last week to CPP-O and was received there June 3... :'(

Yes ABCan, unfortunately no progress in my case as of today. There are a couple of applicants from April and May 2012 got their updates just very recently and they are just like me (from AINP-H1B category). So, don't know when my turn comes. I just have to wait and see. Anyway, I have applied for my GCMS on May 22...so, I may get them by 25th this month approx...let's see what it's gonna show in that.

I got my RPRF on Friday May 31 along with my Passport request! Here is the whole thing:

We received your application for permanent residence on October 23, 2012.
We started processing your application on Friday April 9, 2013.
Medical results have been received. (It was delivered in Jan 15 if I am correct)
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
RPRF and PPR on May 31, 2013
Passport sent on June 3,2013

I have applied under Ontario-PNP master stream and I had job offer (I am working), though it is not necessary for this category.

At the beginning of March 2013, they asked me for my police certificate from my country which caused around one month delay until its status was changed to "in process". So make sure to send a complete application to save time for yourself.

I paid the RPRF online on Friday May 31 and emailed the receipt at the same day and sent my passport on Monday June 3.

Can anyone tell me how long it will take me to get a PR card? I should make a plan for a trip.
