when my application was approved, my security was also blank.

I just contacted my representative today and they said, they filed for my GCMS on May 22nd...I think I need to wait at least 3 more weeks for that. Waiting for your reply to see what your notes say... ;D

it doesn't delay the process. they just pull out the information and send it to you.

here's an overview:


Eligibility: passed
Security: blank (I think they don't check that for everybody)
Criminality: passed
Medical: passed


my file was transferred to Vienna on March 22nd
with a note from the officer, that no other documents are required.



I think it varies from each visa office when they send medical request.
I got it from CIO and not from Vienna. After medicals and all other things passed, they've sent it to Vienna for finalization.




I will apply for the notes again in july after landing, to have it complete.


please add to the november track sheet, that my rprf was encashed on May 16th

i am in a spot of bother right now, kindly help me out. I applies from inside canada under MPNP and i recieved my LOA on 24th may. but havent got any medical request yet. so my question is when do we get medical request, once the cio assign us the visa office or can the cio itself request the MR. any answers will be great. And yes to add to the misery i contacted cic through phone today they were saYing that they dont have any information on my file because it has not been sent to any visa office or that it may be sent back to the country of my origin for the processing, real confusing stuff, kindly help

which visa office did you put into your application?

I think it varies from each visa office when they send medical request.
I got it from CIO and not from Vienna (which I've put into my application)

but others got their medical request from their visa office, not from cio..

the call centre cannot give you information about your file if it is outside canada. they just see where it was forwarded to.

i asked them for cpp-ottawa. because i am in canada currently. And please share with me how do they send you the MR via Email Or Mail. I got my LOA via Email

you will get it via e-mail if you put your e-mail address into your pr application!

check the time sheet in sarayu's signature, couple posts above here. then you get an idea how long things take.

also there is a may group, you might look into there to get info's from other may applicants.

and the agent was saying that my file has not yet been assigned a visa office, and as it is filed under pnp, it will be outside canada, frankly, i Was ASTONISHED" by that .

well thank for the refrence to the table, it does gives me an insight into the famous cic excuse, every case is different"i thnik i am better off wait till end of the next week, and see what happens.
