Hi guys! How's everyone?

For those who received MR outside of Canada, especially those from Manila, has anyone been instructed to pay the RPRF yet?

I wonder when are we to pay the RPRF?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

Hello All,

I just received Medical Request from London Visa Office :). They asked for the following:

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
-Medical results (you will receive separate emails with instructions)
-Original UK (ACPO) police certificate for yourself
-Documents #1 and #2 listed in the attached 'PV2' letter (Bank Statement and Settlement Plan)

Got to provide everything in 60 days so just a little tense.

Thanks,
Fahad

Hi MuhammadFahad,

That's great to hear from you...it took 45 days for you to get MR after receiving AOR...long time. Anyway, good luck for your medicals and for everything.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi Surial,

Go to "Profile" tab on the top right. Then click on "Forum Profile Information" which is under Modify Profile tab (Left Side). Then you can enter all your profile info there. Let me know if you can't find the path. Good luck.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

@ MuhammadFahad

congrats on your MR from LDVO. Its good to know that LDVO is working and I now see my own MR within the next two weeks.

This is the website you need for UK PCC http://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx

Make sure you fill ALL the forms completely and provide ALL the necessary documentation and fees. I will advise you pay for Courier service so they send to you by DHL since you are outside the UK. I believe you will get express service from UK ACPO if you fill their form completely and pay ALL the required fees. I got mine in less than two weeks.

Send me PM if you have any problem with filling the form.

All the best

Thanks supa. I've got everything ready for PCC application and have selected Premium service so will hopefully get it soon.

Thanks. As for PCC, I had provided one earlier for my home country (Pakistan) only but not for the UK, where I stayed for 1 year.

Settlement plan is a writeup that needs to be provided for PNP applications where candidates outline their plan to settle/establish themselves in Canada. Here is an excerpt from the letter:

"a full and detailed explanation from you of how you will become economically established in Canada. Please describe in as much detail as possible what you have done to prepare for a possible move to Canada as well as what you would plan to do after you arrive in Canada, and how your particular circumstances will contribute to your ability to become economically established. Your explanation must be written by you, in your own words, and not copied from someone or somewhere else. If you already have a job offer from an employer in Canada, please provide proof, including a current offer letter, full details of the job title, its location, the job duties, and also an explanation of the process by which you obtained the job offer. If you have professional and/or trade qualifications, provide evidence that these qualifications will be recognized for employment in Canada."

Hope this helps.

MR is usually arrives late for outside Canada applicants as per my observation so far (specially from London office). Except Manila and a few others. I may be wrong. Also the email was sent on Friday but I just checked today so you may wanna update the date.
