Tracking PNP November 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Dear friends,

I have not been here lately. Sadly, my mom has passed away
Am so heart broken.

Now trying to come back to life... Please advice - sarayu and all seniors: for some reason am not able to access ECAS - although I was already able to do so a couple of weeks ago.

AOR received 22-jan. File should be transferred to our local visa office. and yet - no news about transfer and ECAS does not identify me for some reason.

Something strange is happening to my application. I initially received the AOR on 12-Jan & was seeing the same status in E-CAS as well until last month. I am still waiting for my MR & when I check my status on E-CAS they have the date of receipt of application as 30-Jan.

Has anybody else experienced such a situation. I am not sure if they moved the application to a different VO (there is no way to find out your VO). I am applying from within Canada & had selected Ottawa as the VO.

could you please tell me how long it takes the Medical Doctor to have the Chest X-Ray, blood and urine test results from the other medical centers/clinics?
How long do I have to wait in order to call the Medical Doctor that visited me in order to ask for the tracking number of my Medical Examinations travelling to CIO?

Hi philfresh,

Usually it takes about one week for the doctor's office to get the reports from the labs. But in may vary from one place to another....let's say max two weeks. I would suggest you to call the doctor's office after one week and inquire about the tracking number.

Same thing happened to me.. First they mentioned file recieved on
Nov. 19th and now after my e-case is back it's now file
Received on Jan 30 2013...!!
My visa office is Abu Dhabi UAE. Any update guys on this??
