Hi Guys!

I got GOOD news and BAD news!!!

I was informed by the call center agent that the CIC already sent my AOR on january 09, 2013, and it was followed by my MR on January 12, 2013!
Now, i phoned my HR after learning that CIC sent those documents almost a month now, but i was so surprise when they said that just goin to check on that!! something is not going right here! My intuition is correct! That They are trying to deffer my application. Now the problem is my MR, if you guys said that MR has only 30 days to responds, i still dont have enough time for it!

Please give me some advise/help for my situation.

I guess you need to change your contact email address ...
Also you could have asked the call center agent to send the MR to a new email address for you .. so that you can get it done

Nowhere it is mentioned by CIC that we have to finish Medicals in 30 days. I have noticed some people sent medicals after 30 days period.

Hi Kavy and Sarayu,
I m updating my application to include my wife. I m sending all required docs on Monday 11 feb. Hopefully, docs will reach CIO on 13th Feb.
Also my medical was sent to cic by doctor on 2 feb.
i think the addition of wife at this stage will not make much difference in timeline coz medical results nd my wife docs will be received by CIO at the same time. I have mentioned cpp-o as visa office in my updated IMM 0008

Well firstly don't worry about medicals, i called up CIC to confirm this and they said in some visa categories this is true but that is indeed mentioned on their medical forms. But there is no such thing in ours. You just have to take that medical form along to go for the medicals.Secondly you must contact CIC to remove your HR. They will surely tell u some method. I think you have the option to change your contact details by logging at your ecas. I think so.

I have booked my appointment for the medicals on 16 Feb at new delhi for me and my wife. The fees is ₹3200/person or CDN $60/person. When asked about sending reports, the receptionist said that they have instructions to send the results next day to the New Delhi embassy and then its the duty of the embassy to send that furtur to the appropriate location. Now just dont know if NDVO is going to send that to Canada by post or online. Lets hope evrything goes smoothly.

AOR received 22-jan. File should be transferred to our local visa office. and yet - no news about transfer and ECAS does not identify me for some reason.

Sorry to hear your loss. Our prayers will be always for you and your family.

Regarding ECAS.. the same thing to me too.. and also most of our fellas. They(CIC) are upgrading their web engine from old version into new version. It might be the problem. Hope CIC ECAS will be normal soon...
