Hello Sarayu,

My visa office is CIO-Sydney not CPP-O. It was confirmed in the email from CIO today when they requested documents for my spouse (in reply to my email that I sent to CIO- sydney and CPP-0O updating them about my marriage).
Thanks for your input for online fee payment. I paid fee for my spouse online and will include the receipt with the documents that i am gonna send to CIO in couple of days.

Thanks for the update. I have updated track sheet. IHS=Immigration Health Services. Doctor will send our reports to IHS, then they will update with visa offices.
