Finally, i got the MR from CIC-CPP-O! After two months of waiting, i need to call the doctor's office for appointment. Any ideas how much will cost us (me and my wife) for the exams? We are here in south eastern Alberta, Canada.

Question po to those who already have visas:
sa Appendix A sa row ng Given Name ano nilagay nyo?
First name lang or with Middle Name just like dun sa gen app form?
for ex:
First Name : Juana
Middle Name : Alvarez

Given Name = Juana Alvarez?

i would just like to inform you that i got an email from CEM request additional documents (personal history details) of me and my husband. i think there's a section on the tracking sheet for additional documents.. please update... thanks a lot... and GOD BLESS to all of us....
