hi guys,

i would just like to inform you that i got an email from CEM request additional documents (personal history details) of me and my husband. i think there's a section on the tracking sheet for additional documents.. please update... thanks a lot... and GOD BLESS to all of us....

hi lois05, my ECAS is just the same as it was before right after i got my AOR which stated "application received". it didn't say anything about medical result received. i dunno, i think ECAS is not really that updated....

sa Personal History kung sakaling nde kasya , another page na lang?
10 lines lang kasi yung alloted, eh 12 yung akin, maraming salamat sa sasagot!

You posted on an english thread again hehe. Yes, you can use an extra page for that.
I used word file and copied the exact format for personal history, columns and labels (from/to, activity etc) and indicated Form Title & name as well.

i called d doctor regarding the delivery of my medicals..... they said they cant tell me the date but it has been surely delivered.But it has been not updated in my ecas.
