Sorry for that type in red, it was just to point out what i want to say. Anyway, it's from official document just like what you have been told by cic officer, which means not my thoughts too. Furthermore, there is no any word or phrase for 'living' in cic website. Btw, i totally agree with discretion, but what i wanna know is what kinds of things affect on officer's discretion?biometrix said:I guess its different tales for different folks.
