I more than happy to share my news with you: last night (july 4) around 8pm I received PPR from CPP-Ottawa. ;D ;D ;D They requested Biodata (height and eyes colour), two recent photos and passport. I just sent it about half an hour via Canada Post (Xpresspost, prepaid envelopes as they recommended).
Lets see how long it's going to take them to return my passport to me : Please update January Tracksheet, thanks a lot

Friends, Can someone please advise me that, how should I send RPRF Payment receipt to immigration office ? I paid it yesterday via Credit card online and filled all required information in receipt and sent it over to emails: <OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca> and CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca, but I am not sure whether this is correct way to send information.

Do I need to send paper copy/Hard copy as well of payment receipt to CPP Ottawa office or not ?

Also in email they said that my file has been transferred to CPP Ottawa office for further review, just curious what does this mean to my application ?

Please share your experience and thoughts.

That's good enough! You don't need to send them a hard copy. The emails sent to two email addresses is good enough.
