Hey guys, its been 6 months for my application but I haven't received RPRF request yet from CIC. I just have submitted my PCC as requested by CIC on June 17 last month and my current status shows IN PROCESS from 2 weeks, I was just wondering how long would it take for RPRF as without it I won't get passport request call, please share your thoughts

Hello everyone,

I haven't heard anything back from VO since 9th, May 2013 when they requested RPRF fees, which I paid the very same day. :-\
My ecas status shows "In Process" since 25April, 2013 and no further updates there after (even the medical results are also received).

Actually I have an upcoming trip (urgent) to go back home late August and I am afraid that around that time I might get the PPR or may be waiting for PR card, both of which will bound me in Canada. I know I can apply for TD for PR from my home country but I will be there just for 15-20 days and I don't think Canadian embassy is that efficient/quick in issuing TD in 15 days.

Please suggest if someone has the same experience. All thoughts would be highly appreciated. ???

If you are in canada already wht dont u pay it online and send the receipt to them as a proof. This will definitely sepedup your process.

Hi guys,

Just want to share that I have received an early morning happiness! Ive got a passport request today at 847am and sent it via dhl at 1pm! Manila VO really observes their turn around time! Hope for speedy processing to the rest in this group! To God be the Glory!
